There were a couple of birthday’s this week so we all headed
for Wisdom’s to celebrate. As always we
had a great time!
Tuesday, January 17 – Amado, AZ
Tonight we had a pitch-in dinner. The food was great and so was the company. :)
It was another wonderful day!
Saturday, January 20 – Amado, AZ
Mike purchased a new mount for the TV. Installing it was a bigger job than we thought it was going to be. We had to move the fire place in order to be able to unbolt the existing mount and bolt the new one.
Once we got the fire place out we found out we had some old
water damage. We knew the rig had
sustained some damage to the kitchen slide before we bought it, but they told
us it was all repaired. Well…I am not
sure they looked under the fire place.
We will have to add this repair to the list of things we are going to have
done this summer.
While we were driving back from town we just had to take a
picture of the storm that was headed our way.

Sunday, January 21 – Amado, AZ
The Boogybile will not fit in the garage in the trailer and we will be in Indiana for the summer and there is not really a good place to ride it up there, so we decided it was time to put it on the market while all of the snowbirds were here. :(

Saturday, January 27 –
Quarzsite, AZ
The Quartzsite RV show is this weekend and we have heard a lot about it, so we decided to go. It was more of craft show/flea market than an RV Show.
As we were driving through town I did get a picture of the
Welcome to Quartzsite sign.
For dinner we ate at the Heaven’s Kitchen Bar-B-Q. The food was really good. It is a place I would recommend.
If we didn’t already have a hotel for the night we would
have probably driven back tonight. But
at least we will get a good night sleep. :)

Wednesday, January 31 – Amado,
AZ
This morning was a Super Blue Blood Moon. It is when total lunar eclipse occurs during a supermoon and a Blue moon. A blue moon is the second full moon in a month. It was not a full lunar eclipse in our area, but it was still beautiful. :) The pictures aren't very good, but here is what I got.
Tonight was the full moon and I got some more good pictures of the moon.
