This morning Mike called to let me know he is on his way!!!! Yeah! When I saw Bob and Tina I let them know Mike should be home around 7:00pm. Well....Around 1:30pm Mike called to let me know something is wrong with Suburban. He was hoping it was that he ran out of fuel. The gas gauge has not worked for years and we have used the odometer as our gas gauge. When the odometer reaches between 400 and 450 we fill up. Well Mike was thinking that maybe Ami was playing in the car and reset the odometer.
He had the Suburban towed to Lumberton Chevrolet in Lumberton, NC. They determined the problem to be the fuel pump. We should have replaced the dumb thing when we have the fuel tank replaced last fall. Hind sight! :) Unfortunately they need to order the part and it will not be in until tomorrow morning. :(.
Jess and kids did arrive at Tony's safe and sound. :)
It was another wonderful day? :)
