Boating

Saturday, July 2, 2016 - Michigan City, IN

Okay, so I finally have great internet, so I am going to try to get all of the posts up to date.  :)

There was a little confusion as to where everyone was going to meet today, but we finally all ended up at Pine Lake in La Porte to do some boating.  :)  It looks like today will be the only day we will be able to go boating in our boat as a family this summer and fortunately it looks like the sum will be out today.  While Mike and Tony got the boat put in the water I meet Jess at the store and we picked up a couple of things to have for lunch out on the boat. 

We found a nice place to anchor and while I was making sandwiches everyone got in a little bit of swimming time in.

 Papa and Ami ate out on the water.

Avander was having a great time.

So was Ami

Even Jess was relaxing well.  :)

Tony decided it was time to go tubing.

First out was Uncle Tony and Alex.

Next was Mike J and Avander, but they road backwards and the only pictures we got were of Mike's back.  :)

Avander wanted a turn with Uncle Tony too.

Then I took a selfie of Ami and I.

Avander wanted one more ride with Uncle Tony.

Even Gracie enjoyed watching them.

The next to adventure out on the tube was Ami and Jess (aka Mom).  I am not real sure Ami was enjoying it as much Jess.

Miranda finally arrived, she had to work today.  After a ride around the lake we decided it would be a good time to do some more swimming.  And time to get the squirt guns out.

Eventually we called it a day and headed back to Tony's.  Jess, Mike J and kids finished packing up and headed for Mike's parents house.  Their car is really full!

It was another wonderful day!
