This morning we got to sleep in a little. :) Jess made breakfast for all of us this morning. She made sausage gravy and biscuits. It was very good, but she is a good cook. This was my birthday breakfast. :)
After breakfast we just hung out at Tony's for a while and played with the kids. It was a wonderful afternoon. Around 4:30pm we decided it was time to head for dinner. The plan was to go to Silver Beach Pizza in St. Joseph, MI. This is where Tony took Miranda on their first date. And today was there 11 month anniversary.
When we got there it was very crowded. There was a band playing in the beach area next to the restaurant. There was a 2.5 hour wait, just for pizza! Well we knew the kids would not be willing to wait that long for dinner, so after checking the restaurants near me on our phones, we decided to go to Charlie's Piggin' 'N' Grinnin'. But when we got there, they were closed due to private party! So back to the phones again... This time we decided on Buffalo Wild Wings. That sure was a long way to drive for just Buffalo Wild Wings. :)
Service at Buffalo Wild Wings was awful! It took us about 1 hour to get our food and most of us ordered wings. Jess had a salad and the kids had mini corn dogs. But the food was good and the company even better. This was supposed to be Jess's birthday dinner. :)
After dinner we went back to Silver Beach to play.
The moon was beautiful! The picture does not do it justice. :)
It was another wonderful day!
